From custom panel cutting to full systems/parts machined from solid blocks Bus Solutions does it all!!
We now manufacture 80% of our Aluminium parts in house using a variety of CNC machines including:
Two CNC Machining centres for large jobs cut from solid blocks.
2 x heavy duty CNC routers used for sheet metal cutting sheets upto 6mm thick.
Although not as quick as laser cutting or punching this process produces a better finish and puts the material under less stress.
We are able to machine parts in house upto 1000mm x 500mm x 500mm and are tooled up specifically for aluminium but can cut a wide range of other materials from plastics to steel
